Center for Health Services would like to thank all of our sponsors, vendors, donators. volunteers, attendees, and all members of Center for Health Services for making the Community Health and Wellness EXPO a success. With all the support kids were able to win prizes as well as receive backpacks with school supplies. We were also able to provide free health screenings for adults and raffle items.

Also big thank you to Rotary Club of Schaumburg-Hoffman Estates Foundation for awarding Center for Health Services with charitable grants.

Community Health and Wellness EXPO helps Center for Health Services to raise awareness, expand and strengthen services, find cures, and help save lives for families with Special Needs in the Chicagoland area.
